As a commercial baker since 1975 and a founder of Clever Hans Bakery, Jonathan Bernstein continues to use his skills to make gluten-free cakes using locally sourced ingredients and eggs that his free-range chickens lay. He decorates his cakes with his edible flowers (see floral design) and can coordinate them with the floral arrangements he provides.
